As with all our classes we welcome anyone who is not vegan to come along and discover how simple, tasty and nutritious vegan food is.

THESE CLASSES ARE NOW OVER SO PLEASE LOOK OUT FOR UPCOMING CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS

Two New Cookery Demonstration Workshops

These workshops are designed especially for those new to vegan cooking so the recipes are fairly easy - nothing too complicated!

"Sweet Potato and Black Bean Stew"

and

"Coconut Energy Balls"

In this workshop we will look at the most commonly used ingredients and when and how to use them.  We will also look at some not so common ingredients which can be a useful addition in many recipes.

We will then give a demonstration of a simple yet nutritious and tasty sweet potato and black bean stew which is easily prepared with popular vegan ingredients. And of course you get to try it.
