PROTEIN: THE MYTH
Going round schools we have been asked so many times, "can you get enough protein on a plant based diet?"
There is ample protein in plant based foods. All plant foods have some protein and some have more protein. Beans, lentils, nuts and grains such as quinoa are packed with protein, good protein that does not contain lots of saturated fats and create an over acidic system.
