Making plant based cheese with Kim Close

 Our best attended Vegan Event so far was this brilliant demonstration by local chef Kim Close on how to make plant based cheese.  And it was so simple: soaked cashew nuts, a little soya yoghurt and water!  When these ingredients are blended you can add flavours like sundried tomato and garlic to give it a bit of a kick.  It was truly delicious.
